All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Overall delivery window: 5–12 business days from dispatch.

All items shipped from Brevinel are duty-free.

No additional import taxes or customs fees will be charged to you upon delivery.

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your shipment status online anytime.

Delivery addresses cannot be revised after the parcel has been shipped.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer address information.
Remote areas may require a few extra days for delivery.
